I graduated from North Greenville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. I was first introduced to Montessori education in 2003 and immediately developed a love for the program. I strongly believe in the philosophies of Maria Montessori and strive to instill a spirit of peace within all of my students. I was an assistant at Freedom Montessori in a 3,4,5 classroom during the 2007-2008 school year, and I obtained my International Montessori Teaching certificate in March 2008. I am eager to begin my second year teaching at Freedom Montessori. When I’m not working in the classroom, I enjoy spending time outdoors, painting, and listening to my record collection. I love being crafty and creative!

I graduated from Hilton Head High School in 2004. During high school I was involved in the teacher cadet program, which made my love for students even stronger. I recently graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Early Childhood education. I began my Montessori training in August 2008. I have a big heart and an overwhelming desire to work with students. I am also excited to be part of the Montessori team.
